This iconic event brings together prominent leaders from across the New York and New Jersey tri‑state area and offers a powerful opportunity to connect with prominent leaders of diverse backgrounds to build new business relationships and opportunities.

The Bellas Foundation is committed to increasing representation and expanding access to golf for Latinas, women, and underserved youth across the New York and New Jersey tri‑state region. Our mission is to educate, motivate, and encourage the next generation of leaders and professional women, while changing the narrative surrounding women and ensuring equitable access to opportunity. We advance this mission through our core pillars: Bellas Empower, Bellas Education Pillar, Bellas Bridging Opportunities, and Bellas Business Corner, each designed to strengthen values, leadership, and visibility.

2nd Annual Bellas Leadership Summit NYS - The Bronx

The Bellas Foundation invites you to its Leadership Summit at Lehman College, a one-day conference designed to educate, empower, and expand access to leadership pathways. Through interactive workshops, expert panels, and networking sessions, attendees will gain tools to grow personally and professionally while connecting with industry leaders and mission-driven organizations.

This event is hosted in partnership with the Office of the President at Lehman College and supporting partners Bronx Community College and Hostos Community College.

The Bellas University & Leadership Summit is part of a growing series hosted at local colleges and universities across the country. Each summit is designed to prepare emerging leaders by offering direct access to mentorship, career-building resources, and internship opportunities.

Participants will engage with professionals across sectors, meet one-on-one with recruiters, and connect with nonprofit organizations that support student advancement and career development. Together, we’re cultivating leadership, building bridges, and empowering the next generation to thrive.
